Staying in step with the times, financial information services ASP Multex.com, Inc., has launched its
wireless offering.

The wireless platform is designed to mirror the company’s own Web site, which offers subscribers research, estimates, quotes,
news, and charts. Users can run the information over any wireless PDA. Additionally, Multex will include peer-to-peer
messaging capabilities as a part of this wireless offering.

In a statement issued this morning, Multex it said it would charge vendors a licensing fee to stream information across the
Multex’s wireless platform. The company’s user base would have the option to access the wireless offerings as a licensed
add-on to their existing service. Users who subscribe may access personalized profiles, portfolios, and preferences.

Gregg Amonette, executive vice president of Multex.com, said the wireless medium would allow users to collaborate in
real-time, anywhere in the world on any device.

Headquartered in New York, Multex has offices in London, San Francisco, Edinburgh and Hong Kong.
