Netscape

enterprise application
for corporate procurement.
BuyerXpert is designed to provide companies with benefits such as speed,

Netscape entered into new relationships with other

particular, who will provide integration services for BuyerXpert.
“With today’s release of Netscape BuyerXpert 2.0, our customers are poised
to take advantage of the Net economy by deploying an Internet procurement

use and focused on external interactions that deliver significant returns,”
said Steve Savignano, senior VP and general manager of the application
products division at Netscape.
New features in BuyerXpert 2.0 include facilities that enable suppliers to
trade
with the buying company via any Web browser. All the necessary purchase

forms which interface directly with the software. BuyerXpert also links to
online procurement services, enabling customers to gain immediate access to
services provided by external organizations.
BuyerXpert 2.0 now includes Full Circle’s Talkback software for monitoring
the application, collecting information and notifying the vendor of quality
issues.
