OneSource Launches European Business Browser

OneSource Information Services launched a new service called European Business Browser, providing information on
300,000 companies from 19 countries.

The service is the result of a
strategic partnership between OneSource and Dun and Bradstreet.

The new service combines searching and reporting software from
OneSource with Dun and Bradstreet’s comprehensive company
information. It will enable organizations to analyze their markets,
industries, clients and competitors in a European context.

Among the items of information provided by the service are: company
profiles, news, business and trade articles, industry intelligence and
financial data. The information can be used in a wide range of
applications, from marketing, new business development, and
competitor analysis–to corporate finance, merger and acquisition
analysis and general business research.

“OneSource Business Browser is already the fastest-growing
subscription business information service with companies such as
Deloitte & Touche, Oracle and KPMG deploying our information right
across their organizations,” said Andrew Hughes, Commercial Director, OneSource UK & Europe. “Now, in an increasingly tough business
environment, many of our customers are demanding the best possible
information to help them compete effectively in Europe.”

“We have developed European Business
Browser to meet this need by partnering with the best European
information sources to build on our highly successful Business Browser
strategy of offering Web based flat fee access to fully integrated financial,
market and news information,” he added.

European Business Browser starts at $180 per user, per
year, said the vendor, although price is dependent on the number of
users.
