StartupZone (www.startupzone.com) is an Internet resource center for start-up companies and would-be entrepreneurs.
Perkins Coie Partner David Katz will manage the legal expert forum.
In addition to Seattle and Bellevue, Perkins Coie has offices in other technology centers, including Los Angeles, San Francisco and Menlo Park, California.
