PSINet Offers Free Net Access to Customers in São Paulo

In an effort to attract people who are not yet using the Internet, PSINet has extended a free offer to woo potential customers online.

PSINEt
(PSIX)
is giving away free Web access kits to consumers who buy
any computer product at the Extra 24-hour supermarket in Morumbi, São Paulo.

The offer will be extended for up to one year, and users may choose between 30 hours or
100 months free access.

The company will also install components needed for the
Internet access at the customer’s home, free any charge.
