Royal Bank and AT&T Canada are now offering small businesses a competitive, one-stop Internet package.

Royal Bank connect@work allows small business clients to do their banking and get started doing business on the Internet in a cost-effective, convenient, and secure way.

No other Canadian service delivers the power of the Internet with the
resources of Canada’s largest financial institution and one of Canada’s most
innovative communications companies.

The new service makes it easier for small business clients to manage their
finances, expand their business, and reach suppliers, customers, and
worldwide markets directly from their computer. With Internet access
provided by AT&T WorldNet Service, clients can connect to the Internet,
send and receive e-mail, and browse the World Wide Web.

According to an Internet Light and Power survey, registered Canadian
business domains or Web site addresses totaled over 76,000 in the first
quarter of 1997, almost double the number six months before.

A choice of three connect@work packages is being offered, each designed to
meet the specific banking, Internet and information needs of small
businesses. Prices range from $29.95 to $69.95/month. The Enhanced and
Enhanced Plus packages provide space to publish a company Web site in order
to advertise products and services.
