Australian Internet tools developer Sausage
Software
plans to acquire Melbourne Web design company Creative Access.

The announcement follows Sausage’s recent acquisition of Web design and
publishing business Electric Alchemy and subsequent formation of the
company’s specialist multimedia division, Sausage Interactive.

Sausage director Wayne Bos said the acquisition, combined with Sausage’s
existing Web design and multi-media expertise, will give the company a
“formidable presence in the commercial marketplace.”

Formed in 1985, Creative Access has worked on Web projects for clients such
as Ansett Australia, Telstra Advance, the Australian Film Institute and
Microsoft.
