Cool Entertainment announced that free digital downloads are now available on its website. The company is making the downloads available through Amplified.com, an online B2B fulfillment service for music and video.

Amplified.com’s digital rights management and delivery technology will enable Seattle’s Cool Entertainment to provide the downloads within the parameters of copyright law.

“We’re excited to be offering free downloads that still protect artists’ and labels’ rights,” said Clement Lau, President of Cool Entertainment. “This new feature on our site allows us to compete for the $750 billion that will be spent over the internet on entertainment products in the next two years.”
