Thomas Cook
Interactive
has launched a new online travel solution that provides access to over
two million holidays at 477 different resorts in 32 countries around the
world.

The new site, which also offers late availability deals, has special
search facilities to enable customers to find holidays that meet
their particular needs. For example, users can search for
water sports, walking tours, golf, dancing or nightlife —
and the system will provide matching holidays within seconds.

“Thomas Cook is committed to providing its customers with the widest
range of options when it comes to accessing its products and services,
and will continue to develop the site over the coming months,” said
Alexa Clark, marketing director of Thomas Cook Interactive.

Among the many other features of the new Thomas Cook site is a
“Callback” button that enables customers to request a callback
from one of the travel agent’s representatives so that the holiday
can be purchased immediately.

All the details carried on the site are directly linked to the
availability files, ensuring that customers can be sure that the
holiday they have chosen is still available.

People who are booking on behalf of groups can e-mail the details
of any vacation to up to nine friends. At the same site, customers
can also purchase insurance and book scheduled flights to 32 major
airports.
