TravelNow.com Partners with Europe’s ClickandGoNow.com

[London, ENGLAND] Global travel services company TravelNow.com
announced Wednesday a partnership deal with European hotel
reservation service ClickandGoNow.com.

In a sector where competition is especially fierce, TravelNow
appears to have recognized the need for partnerships that
will produce new opportunities for its services. The deal
will give its customers access to ClickandGoNow’s huge inventory of
net rate hotel rooms in Europe.

TravelNow.com Chief Executive Jeff Wasson said there was
a consistent need for expansion and development even though
his site was one of the fastest-growing travel Web sites
on the Internet.

“Our relationship with Clickandgonow.com will help us move
forward into the European marketplace. It has already opened
up new opportunities for us,” claimed Wasson.

Missouri-based TravelNow offers discounts of up to 65 percent
on over 700 hotels in major cities and up to 40 percent on
over 7,000 hotels worldwide. Its total database holds
40,000 hotels in 5,000 cities and 140 countries.

A similar operation on a smaller scale, ClickandGoNow.com
started in Ireland in March 1999 and has established
relationships with many independent hotels and hotel chains
in Europe.

Ethel Power, marketing director for ClickandGoNow.com, said
the deal with TravelNow was part of a strategy to deliver
the maximum choice and value to customers.

“With TravelNow.com’s help we are now on target to become
Europe’s premier online hotel booking service,” claimed Power.

Both TravelNow and ClickandGoNow serve both private and business
travelers.
