24/7 Media Names CFO, General Counsel

24/7 Media Inc. added two senior level executives to the company’s management team.


C. Andrew Johns, who has 15 years of investment banking and corporate advisory
services experience, was named chief financial officer.


And a long-time external adviser with New York-based law firm Proskauer Rose LLP., Mark Moran, was named general counsel.


Johns served as co-founder and managing director of Manufacturers Renaissance
Network Inc., where he provided investment banking advice to 24/7 predecessor
company Petry Interactive, on several transactions, including its merger with
Interactive Imaginations and the original Katz Millenium Marketing team, which
all merged to form 24/7 Media. More recently, Johns advised 24/7 Media on its
stock-for-stock acquisition of Intelligent Interactions.


While at Proskauer Rose, Moran worked with Johns and 24/7 Media CEO David J.
Moore on the merger, as well as the recent acquisition of Intelligent
Interactions. Moran’s primary expertise lies in public and private securities
offerings.


24/7 Media operates an online advertising network representing more than 75
brand-name Web sites and through its subsidiary, Intelligent Interactions,
also develops and markets its underlying ad-serving technology, Adfinity, as
well as an e-commerce direct marketing solution, dbCommerce.
