There’s a new kid on the ad sales block in Europe, ad pepper media, which began operations in
January with offices in Germany serving the German, Austrian and Swiss
market and one in Denmark serving the Scandinavian market.

The company said it plans to expand into the United Kingdom, Spain and France.

“ad pepper media’s history goes back to 1998 when Interad was founded to
create a
pan-European Internet ad sales organization,” said Joachim Rabe, European
director for ad pepper media international.

“Interad consisted of three
companies, Interad Holding, Interadsales network and Interad Nordic. Following
some strategic differences with Interad Holding in late 1998, Interadsales
network and Interad Nordic partnered and restructured their operations to
continue pursuing their online sales activities separately
under the name of ad pepper media.”

Interad Holding has since partnered with 24/7 Media to create 24/7 Media Europe.

Serviced through the AdForce system, ad pepper media provides its customers with a booking potential of more than 500 million
advertising impressions per month on premium and special interest sites.

National and pan-European multilingual campaigns are offered using a ‘one-
stop-shop’ approach. A German company wanting to place an online advertisement
in Great
Britain, for example, will contact ad pepper media in Germany, which will
perform all necessary steps.
