Internet classifieds company AdOne LLC has acquired Franchise Solutions, an Internet
aggregator of franchise and business opportunity advertising for top U.S.
franchisors.
Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
The acquisition of privately held Franchise Solutions positions AdOne’s ClassifiedWarehouse.com and its affiliate
partners as players in the business-to-business advertising arena.
Franchise Solutions will be integrated into ClassifiedWarehouse.com’s
Business Opportunity category.

result in increased revenue opportunities for AdOne and our affiliate media
partners,” said AdOne President and CEO Brendan M. Burns.

year, online franchise advertising has evolved from an unproven novelty to a

Franchise Solutions has a broad advertiser client base of franchisors and
business opportunity companies including 7-Eleven, General Nutrition Centers,
Mail Boxes Etc., and SUBWAY.
