Adsmart Names Chief Financial Officer

Andover, MA-based Adsmart, a majority-owned subsidiary of CMGI Inc., named Barbara Kaczynski as chief
financial officer.

Most recently Kaczynski was vice president of finance and controller for Time
Inc. At Adsmart, Kaczynski will be responsible for the overall financial
growth of the company and will manage relationships with key investment
bankers and financial analysts.

Kaczynski has more than 20 years in financial management, as well as
extensive merger, acquisition, start-up and joint venture experience. In
addition to her work at Time, she has been involved in several early-stage
Internet ventures, including Pathfinder and Roadrunner. Prior to Time,
Kaczynski was a manager at Consolidated Edison Co. of New York and a senior
accountant at Price Waterhouse.

Adsmart is an online advertising network comprised of more than 200 Web sites
totaling 1.2 billion monthly impressions.
