Amazing Media Inc., which operates a
real-time, automatic transactional advertising system, said it has acquired ADSDAQ Corp., a 4,000 site advertising
network.

ADSDAQ Founder Joe Bartling was named Amazing Media’s vice president for
Network Properties. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“This gives us critical mass for the Amazing Media network, the final
component of our next generation system which automatically creates, serves,
measures and modifies advertising on the Internet,” said David Geller,
Amazing Media chief executive officer.

“Having Joe Bartling on our management team, and a base of
200 million transactive ads per month, will allow us to build up the network
rapidly by acquisition and alliances.”

Amazing Media said its system allows real-time, transparent transaction and
behavior processing for advertisers and for network sites.
