IMSI signed an advertising deal with Yahoo! that guarantees 10 million impressions
for its ArtToday.com site.

“Yahoo! guaranteed that this deal will put our visual content site, ArtToday.com in
front of 10 million Internet users,” said Bob Mayer, executive vice
president of worldwide sales and marketing for IMSI (International
Microcomputer Software Inc.), a software developer and creator of a visual
content and graphics portal. “Conservatively, this could translate into
thousands of new customers for ArtToday.com.”

According to the agreement, anyone who visits Yahoo! and performs a search
for the words clipart, fonts, or desktop publishing will be presented with an
animated GIF banner promoting ArtToday.com. By clicking on the banner, the
visitor will be routed directly to the ArtToday.com web site. Financial terms
of the agreement were not disclosed.

ArtToday.com is a subscription-based online provider of visual content
offering more than 750,000 unique pieces of clip art, Web art, photos and
fonts. The site has more than 50,000 subscribers paying $29.95 a month for
unlimited access to the royalty free images.

IMSI’s product line also includes ClipArt.com, and BarrysClipArt.com, and a variety of
retail products sold within the MasterClips Premium Image Collection and a new
corporate intranet solution, MasterClips Image Server.
