Pet supplies store Petstore.com named Black Rocket as its
advertising partner, without a formal review for the $10 million to $20
million account.

“Petstore.com chose Black Rocket because of their ability to quickly build
brands through exceptional creative execution,” said Josh Newman, CEO of
Petstore.com. “We’re looking forward to building a program that will
highlight our knowledge, service and expertise on Petstore.com.”

Black Rocket is responsible for launching the Yahoo! brand as well as recent
branding efforts for Discover Brokerage.

“We’re excited about the challenge of helping Petstore.com build a brand in
such an explosive new category,” said Steve Stone, a founding partner at
Black Rocket.

Black Rocket and Petstore.com plan to kick off new advertising during the
fourth quarter.

The campaign will focus initially on broadcast, and then move into other
mediums yet to be determined.
