Women.com Networks signed marketing and
advertising agreements with
Denver-based kids-oriented retailer BrainPlay.com and New York City-based
clothing retailer Bluefly Inc.

BrainPlay.com’s product line, which includes a selection of 10,000 toys,
video games, software videos and musical instruments, will be advertised
throughout Women.com Networks.

Discount designer fashion retailer Bluefly.com’s placement will include key
word banners, fixed positioning on the Women.com Networks Shopping Channel,
seasonal promotions and fixed sponsorship buttons in many of the fashion and
beauty areas throughout the Women.com Networks.
Spending was not disclosed for either deal.

Women.com is an Internet network dedicated to women, featuring original
content, personalized services, community and online shopping. The network is
comprised of more than 90,000 pages of content organized into 19 topical
channels.
