clothing retailer Bluefly Inc.’s product line, which includes a selection of 10,000 toys,
video games, software videos and musical instruments, will be advertised
throughout Networks.

Discount designer fashion retailer’s placement will include key
word banners, fixed positioning on the Networks Shopping Channel,
seasonal promotions and fixed sponsorship buttons in many of the fashion and
beauty areas throughout the Networks.
