Targeted interactive recruiting services provider CareerBuilder Inc. signed a deal to
become a premier advertiser across the Lycos network of sites.

Sites include HotBot, Wired News, HotWired, Webmonkey and Suck.com. Financial arrangements were not
disclosed.

CareerBuilder.com will receive prominent placement on each site, providing
visitors with direct access to over two million jobs on the Internet via the
company’s trademarked Mega Job Search, which lists more than two million job
postings.

Visitors or job seekers can register for CareerBuilder.com’s Personal Search
Agent service that automatically notifies them when jobs match their
criteria. Employers who post job listings have access to over seven million
IT and managerial candidates.
