Employment site CareerMosaic is extending its
advertising and promotion program with Yahoo!, which began in November 1997.

As part of the agreement, CareerMosaic will place banner advertisements throughout the Yahoo! network of properties, including Yahoo Classifieds, Yahoo! Small Business, and
Yahoo! Employment, which was launched
in October.

In addition, CareerMosaic will promote online job fairs on Yahoo! in nine
regions around the U.S., plus two national online job fairs beginning in early
1999. Financial terms of the new agreement were not disclosed.

“It is clear that the relationship between CareerMosaic and Yahoo! is of
tremendous benefit to all users, whether they are job seekers or employers
looking for qualified candidates,” said Bernard S. Hodes, president of
CareerMosaic. “By continuing the
agreement, we are providing even greater exposure for our clients on
CareerMosaic, as well as giving users access to valuable employment
information and job listings available on the Internet.”

CareerMosaic, which has 80,000 job listings, records more than 3.9 million
visitors each month, according to Nielsen/IPRO, the independent Internet site auditor and
averages more than 350,000 job searches a day.
