CareerMosaic Signs Five New Partners

Employment site CareerMosaic in New York
City announced five new strategic alliances designed to “further
distribute brand awareness globally and in niche employment markets.”


“These new alliances will extend the distribution of the CareerMosaic brand on
the Internet while providing our alliance partners with a solid job and resume
product and enabling them to participate in the ever-expanding online
employment market,” said Bernard S. Hodes, president of CareerMosaic.


CareerMosaic said it has created co-branded home pages with existing sites in
the areas of relocation services, industry specific trade publications,
recruiting assistance for human resource managers, and online systems support.
The alliances bring the total number of strategic online partnerships formed
by CareerMosaic to more than 30. Financial terms were not disclosed.


New partners are: The Homebuyer’s Fair and AllApartments;
publications of the New Product Information Group of Reed Elsevier Business
Information, including pages for Chemical Equipment, Powder/Bulk Solids, Food
Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Processing, Laboratory Equipment, Biomedical
Products, Scientific Computing & Automation, and Healthcare Marketplace; Workforce Online, a
Web site for human resources managers; and SupportHelp.com, a source for
contact information for hardware and software manufacturers.


CareerMosaic was created and launched on July 4, 1994 by Bernard Hodes
Advertising, Inc., a division of the Omnicom Group. The site claims more than
25 million requests per month.
