Annual billings are estimated between $3
million and $5 million.
BroadVision allows businesses to tailor Internet, intranet and extranet site
content to the needs and interests of individual users by personalizing each
interaction on a real-time basis.
CGN will be responsible for developing and launching a brand awareness
campaign beginning this fall including corporate positioning, print,
collateral and online media.
CGN will also be responsible for rebuilding the BroadVision Web site to
demonstrate the benefits of BroadVision to visitors.

CGN, with projected 1999 capitalized billings of $50 million, was acquired in
March by Epsilon Data Management of Burlington, MA and runs as a wholly-owned
