CyberHomes Adds 150,000 More Real Estate Listings

Moore Data Management Services (MDMS) and RISCO Inc., an MLS systems provider, signed an agreement that will make it easier for RISCO Multiple Listing Services to contribute about 150,000 listings to CyberHomes.

With this agreement, CyberHomes said it expects to add the listings to its
Internet site this summer from more than 200 MLS groups. Two weeks ago,
CyberHomes said it passed the 750,000 home listings under contract level
and that it was six months ahead of schedule to exceed the one million
listings mark.

CyberHomes allows consumers to search the home listings by categories, including price, geographic location and special amenities. If home buyers cannot find a home that meets their interests, CyberHomes can automatically e-mail home buyers when a match becomes available.

“CyberHomes not only provides home buyers with property listing information,
it also connects them with other real estate-related businesses,” said Tom
Gregorich, president of MDMS. “Home buyers will be able to save enormous
amounts of time and take a more proactive role in the home buying process as a
result.”

“CyberHomes is an important partner for us,” said Garry Wright, president and
CEO of RISCO. “It allows our customers to participate to the fullest extent in
the fastest-growing advertising and promotion opportunity for the real estate
industry in recent history.”
