eNutrition Signs Deal With Excite Inc.

Woodland Hills, CA-based eNutrition signed a pact with Excite Inc.
to become the preferred and dominant online retailer of vitamins, herbal
supplements and nutritional products within certain areas of excite.com, including the Excite Health
Channel.

eNutrition will receive prime placement and participate in variety of
activities on excite.com, including promotions, sweepstakes, advertising and
sponsorship
opportunities. Additionally, eNutrition and Excite will team up on off-line
advertising activities in a number of top health and fitness magazines.
Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

“Our partnership with Excite will enable us to leverage the demand for online health products and
information and help us to bring eNutrition’s value and convenience to
millions of new customers,” said Randy Gale, president and CEO of eNutrition.

eNutrition is backed by Weider Health & Fitness and Guidance Solutions Inc.
