San Francisco-based ad network Flycast Communications Corp.added four
veteran executives to its management team.
Scott Grafft was named vice president of direct marketing, Greg Stuart was
named vice president of business development, Thomas L. Marcus was named
executive vice president of finance, administration and corporate
development/general counsel; and John Yung was named vice president of
network operations.
Grafft was most recently executive vice president, co-director for FCB Direct.
Stuart is joining Flycast from his own consulting firm @webrite Inc., where
his primary client was Classified Ventures LLC.
Prior to joining Flycast, Marcus spent nearly 12 years at consumer software
company Broderbund Software. Yung spent the past four years at PointCast Inc.
Flycast also said it has expanded its media sales team from 15 to 25 people
during the last month, strengthening the company’s sales force in Boston, Los
Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Washington D.C. This initiative was
spearheaded by Vice President of Media Sales Jeff Lehman, and includes four
new director-level executives: Jeff
Calore, Ward Flock, Bill Gallagher and Bill Jennings.
Calore joins the media sales team as director of the Washington
D.C./Mid-Atlantic sales region. Previously, he worked at InternetWeek.
Flock joins Flycast as director of the Bay Area and Southwest sales region.
Prior to Flycast, Flock was at the Wall Street Journal.
Gallagher, who will help to build the New England sales region, joins
Flycast from Bell Atlantic. Jennings will be director of the New York sales
region. He was previously the advertising director for News Corps’-News
America Digital Publishing Group.
