San Francisco-based ad network Flycast
Communications Corp.
named Jeff
Lehman as vice president of media sales and Fred Ciamaraglia as vice president
of engineering.

The company also said that Howard Draft, chairman and CEO of DraftWorldwide, a
direct marketing agency and a division of Interpublic Group, has joined its
board of
directors.

“These three outstanding industry professionals will help strengthen and
expand our role as the only Web advertising network focused on response-
oriented marketers,” said George Garrick, president and CEO of Flycast.

Lehman and Ciamaraglia join two other executives who were recently added to
Flycast’s management team: Ralph J. Harms, chief financial officer, and
Peter Nicas, vice president of Flycast’s Local Market/VAR Division.

Draft is a 20-year veteran of direct marketing. As a member of Flycast’s board
of
directors, he will have a key role in the overall strategic direction of
Flycast.

“Flycast is one of the few companies that truly understand the value
of direct marketing on the Web,” said Draft. “I look forward to helping the
company forge new paths in the rapidly-evolving world of Web marketing.”

Lehman will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the advertising ad
sales force. He was most recently working as a business consultant, before
which he served as vice president of advertising sales at RealNetworks Inc.

Ciamaraglia, who will oversee network operations and product engineering,
brings over 20 years of engineering and research development experience to
Flycast. He was most recently the vice president of engineering at Eloquent
Inc.
