FreeRide, Vianet Team for Targeting Messaging

FreeRide.com and Vianet are teaming to provide video e-mail programs
enabling opportunities for increased personalization, targeted messaging and
higher response rates through rich-media content and delivery.

FreeRide.com is granted use of Lightning
Strike Video Messenger Pro within the Net rewards market space, a marketing
method that offers Web visitors a points-and-rewards program to generate
traffic and new business for participating sponsors. In return, Vianet will
receive a percentage of advertising revenue generated from the delivery of
and response to video e-mail “infomercials”. The agreement also provides for
a number of co-branding opportunities.

FreeRide.com’s Net rewards programs provide incentive for Web visitors to
interact with sponsor advertisements and promotions. Desired responses
include visiting a sponsor Web site, downloading demonstrations or software,
and redeeming gift certificates online or in stores, as requested by
participating sponsors.

“FreeRide.com demonstrates leadership in the online marketing arena as they
incorporate breakthrough technologies to better serve both their sponsors and
the members of their rewards community,” said Peter Leighton, president and
CEO of Vianet Technologies. “We are excited to implement such an ideal
application for Lightning Strike Video Messenger. We believe FreeRide’s
example will lead marketers in all segments to quickly realize the advantage
of this technology as a value-added service to their own customers.”

“Vianet gives FreeRide an extraordinarily user-friendly and easy-to-use video
e-mail delivery and download capability, which we expect to be well received
by both sponsors and members,” said Jordan Stanley, president and CEO of
FreeRide.com.

“The addition of this advanced functionality puts FreeRide in
the ideal position: leading the loyalty pack in providing unique and
rewarding ways for a mass audience to interact with marketers and earn points
for our customers’ merchandise.”
