Greenstone Roberts
Advertising
and Invision.com Inc. formed a strategic
marketing partnership.

Greenstone Roberts has a 27-year history as an ad agency with national and
local accounts. Invision is a full-service Web designer and Internet Service
Provider.

Invision will provide design, programming, e-commerce and database work,
hosting, online marketing and ongoing maintenance, the companies said.
Greenstone Roberts will provide traditional advertising campaigns to bring
visitors and buyers to the sites created by Invision.

“The Internet is fast becoming an important marketing vehicle that very much
complements traditional broadcast and print advertising,” said Ronald
Greenstone, chairman and chief of Greenstone Roberts.

“We realized the pressing
need to become more directly involved in this new media with an experienced
and mutually compatible organization.”

“In addition to immediately giving us a significant advantage utilizing their
expertise and experience, the partnership will also enable us to realize
revenues from the production and promotion of Web sites.

“The powerful combination of our two companies will provide clients with a
strong traditional media campaign coupled with best-of-breed Web development
services,” said Tyler Roye, chief executive officer of Invision.

Invision is a full-service Internet solutions company that employs over 70
people. Clients include the Long Island Association, The Long Island Software
& Technology Network, The Long Island Business News, Austin Travel, PC
Richards and Symbol Technologies.
