Home furnishings retailer HomePoint.com plans a $1.5 million,
multi-year title sponsorship of the Music City Bowl, one of the newest of the
nation’s post-season college bowl games.

Re-christened as “The HomePoint.com Music City Bowl,” the event moves to the
brand new 68,000-seat Adelphia Coliseum in Nashville, TN. ESPN will carry the
Music City Bowl live on Dec 29. The game matches up a host team from the
Southeastern Conference with a team from the Big East Conference.

“As an ardent fan of the game and former player for the University of
Tennessee, I have first-hand knowledge of how powerful an opportunity this is
for positive national exposure,” said Mike West, president and CEO of
HomePoint.com.

As part of the sponsorship package, the HomePoint.com name will be
incorporated into the official Music City Bowl logo and will appear in all
advertising and merchandising efforts associated with the bowl, including
ESPN TV spots.
