Tallahassee, FL-based Homes & Land Publishing, which puts out Homes &
Land Magazine, Rental Guide, Home Guide and
Estates and Homes, signed a deal with Yahoo! Classifieds.
The electronic version of Homes & Land Magazine, homes.com, a real estate-related
Internet site, will list all its property ads within the Yahoo! Classifieds
real estate area. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
homes.com normally carries more than 300,000 property listings plus other
real estate-related services, including Realtor home pages, mortgage
information, relocation services, school reports, localized community
content, and home redecoration/renovation tips.
The recently overhauled site claims 20,000-plus visitors a day.

Homes & Land Publishing Ltd.: “Working with Yahoo! allows us to raise
visibility for Homes & Land’s content and reach millions of new users.”
Homes & Land currently prints 254 magazines covering more than 15,000
communities nationwide, with a monthly circulation of over 5 million.
