HomeSeekers.com Inc. said
it entered into a marketing agreement with Homebuyers Guide, a publisher
of new home publications with circulation in California and Nevada.

The joint marketing agreement was formed to establish HomeSeekers.com’s newest
offering, NewHomeSeekers.com.
NewHomeSeekers.com will database New Home projects in various geographic
areas. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

“We are very excited with the prospect of building a feature rich ‘New Home’
Web site utilizing the talents of HomeSeekers.com,” said Walter Crowell,
president of Homebuyers Guide.

NewHomeSeekers.com will be made to offer floor plans, still image photography, 360-degree
walk-throughs, mapping and a robust search engine, the firms said.

Builder participation will require a monthly advertising fee which will
average $500 with a modest startup fee, the companies said. Homebuyers Guide
will be offering the Web services through its sales force to its current
client base of 500 builders. Homebuyers guide has a circulation of 125,000 in
the Southern California and Nevada markets with 3,000 distribution points.

NewHomeSeekers.com will launch from the HomeSeekers.com site that currently
claims 20,000 user views per day. Homebuyers Guide will also promote and
advertise NewHomeSeekers.com in its publication. The new site is scheduled to
launch Oct 1.
