HP Unveils World Cup Web Site

Hewlett-Packard, the official IT hardware and
maintenance supplier of the World Cup ’98 soccer tournament, launched its World Cup Web site, co-developed with
advertising agency Publicis.


The promotional site provides a window into HP’s technology role in the World
Cup project. It also highlights how the business aspects of the World Cup ’98
are similar to other Web-based enterprises expected to evolve during the 21st
century.
