HyperBanner Relocates HQ to Silicon Valley

Global banner exchange network HyperBanner relocated its corporate
headquarters from Haifa, Israel to Cupertino, CA.

With the relocation of HyperBanner’s headquarters, the Haifa office will
focus solely on technology, research and development. The company’s business
affairs, marketing and sales will be run out of the Silicon Valley
headquarters.

HyperBanner said it maintains a local presence in 31 different countries,
with 46 regional and areas-of-interest administrators offering support to
local businesses.

HyperBanner’s site and products are translated into 10 different languages.
Through HyperBanner, small and medium-sized businesses can promote their
sites to targeted audiences according to demographic data.

To increase visibility in the United States, the company has brought in two
Internet industry veterans, Dennis Warren, vice president, and Kelly Colbert,
director of marketing. Amir Faintuch, CEO and Erez Chocva, founder and
president, are also relocating to the United States.

Warren joins HyperBanner from AtWeb Inc., a business division of Netscape,
where he served as Director of Sales. Colbert was director of marketing at
AdForce, where she led the company’s marketing activities, including
advertising and public relations.

Coinciding with the headquarters relocation, HyperBanner said it is executing
a comprehensive marketing plan, including the relaunch of the Web site, an
extensive brand marketing campaign and more hiring. Spending on the campaign
was not disclosed.
