Infomercials Planned to Promote E-Commerce Site

Reliant Interactive Media Corp. said it is launching Rolling
Stones infomercial programming, directing viewers to an e-commerce Web
site
that offers merchandise related to the rock legends’ latest tour.

The first infomercial launched on television station KICU, which covers
Oakland, San Francisco and San Jose.

The campaign coincides with the Stones’ “No Security” Tour, which kicks
off
Monday at the Oakland Arena. The infomercial will then air in each
planned
concert city, before the Stones arrive.

The infomercial makes available through TV and Reliant’s Web site limited
edition
museum quality lithographs of albums and classic Stones tour art. As the
tour
continues in Europe, Reliant will also run the infomercial to coincide
with
those dates. The company will customize its programming using local
language
dubbing for international markets.

Reliant said it will leverage a projected $30 million spent on its
infomercial
programming to develop a worldwide e-commerce presence through its
www.lifestylesmall.com site.
Reliant will use a 1.5-minute stand-alone segment at the end of each
infomercial to promote the Web address where products can be purchased.

Reliant said it has secured from Music Art LLC, a Philadelphia-based
memorabilia and Internet marketing company, infomercial and Internet
rights to
market some of the Rolling Stones’ most popular images.

Viewers also will be able to order directly via a 1-800 number.
