Juno Online Services Inc. and CoolSavings.com Inc. signed a partner
deal in which CoolSavings will provide savings offers on consumer goods and
services to Juno members.

The offers will include savings on purchases from both e-commerce and bricks
and mortar retailers, the companies said. Financial arrangements were not
disclosed.

Juno members with Web access will be able to enter a co-branded Web site featuring
the offers through a link on Juno’s portal site.

Visitors to the co-branded site will receive a product offers from national
retailers such as Alamo Rent A Car, Chuck E. Cheese’s, barnesandnoble.com,
Kids “R” Us, Service Merchandise, and eToys, among others. The site will also
feature discounted offers on computers, computer peripherals, and consumer
electronics available through Juno’s own “Technology Vault” merchandising
initiative.

CoolSavings offers advertisers incentive and promotional strategies that
include targeted coupons and e-mail, rebates, savings notices, samples, gift
certificates, and trial offers.
