Juno To Advertise Audio Book Club in Exclusive Deal

Audio Book Club Inc. in Boca
Raton, FL signed an exclusive advertising agreement with ad-backed e-mail
operation Juno Online Services.


Audio Book Club will be the exclusive audiobook seller advertised on the Juno
service. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.


“Today’s agreement, combined with yesterday’s announcement of the
significant growth in our online business continues to solidify and enhance
our position as the leading retailer of audiobooks via the Internet,” said
Norton Herrick, chairman and CEO of Audio Book Club.


“We will continue to pursue additional opportunities on the Internet in
order to increase Audio Book Club’s exposure, membership base and overall
growth potential.”


Audio Book Club sells through a membership club that markets audio books by
mail order and via the Internet. Current membership is 300,000, the company
said.
