ExpressAutoparts.Com Inc. said it
awarded its $12 million combined off-line and online integrated
communications account to Kirshenbaum Bond & partners.

The effort will include the launch, brand strategy and advertising, media,
public relations, promotions, special events, sponsorships and relationship
marketing.

ExpressAutoparts.Com is an online automotive shop that offers consumers
information and replacement parts and accessories for their vehicles.

The
company says it carries over five million parts and accessories for foreign
and domestic cars online, including SUV’s and trucks. The site also offers
technical information, an auto enthusiast resource center, racing schedules
and access to online mechanics.

“It turns out that we’ve got an agency full of car buffs (or just people who
need things for their cars) who were extremely excited to be able to access
all of the tools at ExpressAutoparts.Com,” said Steve Klein, managing partner
of Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners.

“And as with any dot-com account that the
agency chooses to take on, this one has a great concept, a clean site, and a
management team dedicated to doing their category right.”

Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners is a privately held, fully integrated
communications company.

Clients include Children’s Television Workshop,
Columbia TriStar Television Group, Coca-Cola, Rockport, Target Stores, Tommy
Hilfiger, Olympus, Cognac Hennessy, Moet & Chandon, Netscape, Neuberger
Berman, Cablevision, Liberty Mutual, Citibank, Kansas City Power & Light and
DLJdirect, among others.
