Margeotes/Interactive Does Campaign for Social Services Agency

Sep 3, 1998

A year-long, $1 million online advertising campaign was launched by
Margeotes/Interactive on behalf of the
Jewish Board of Family & Children’s Services.

The aim is to increase traffic to the site for the mental health and social
services agency.

The campaign from the Margeotes/Fertitta + Partners unit, targeted to
potential patient referrers, donors, volunteers and media, will be augmented
by a direct marketing effort.

The site, www.jbfcs.org, includes such features as a
news roundup and a “You Can Help” section designed to enable users to search for
agencies by neighborhoods or by subject matter. Banners encourage visitors to
“Lend someone a helping hand.” Donations of online space were obtained by
Margeotes.

Margeotes/Interactive in New York City produces online advertising, Web sites
and CD-ROMs.
