Maxnet Inc. (MXNT) signed an agreement to
launch MaxPlanet.com – Canada with Canadian Banner Services and WebCity
Canada.
Site development for MaxPlanet calls for Canada to be divided into Canadian and
global content. Web-City Canada will develop Canadian content while Maxnet
will supply the global content for the site. Canadian advertising revenues
will be coordinated through Canadian Banner Services. Financial arrangements
were not disclosed.
