MediaX Corp. signed with Virginia-based
Business News Network to acquire radio time for a million-dollar nationwide
promotion across BNN’s nearly 230 affiliates in support of MediaX’s recently
launched e-commerce site, www.AmuZnet.com.

The advertising time was purchased with restricted common stock of Culver
City, CA-based MediaX valued at about $5 per share for a total amount of $1
million, with a provision to increase this amount.

This advertising campaign will run approximately 250 to 300 spots and is aimed
at increasing awareness and market penetration for MediaX and AmuzNet.

The radio spots will be aired on BNN’s 24-hour radio programming,
which features popular shows in the Business, Financial, News, Talk and
Lifestyle program categories.

AmuZnet.com, launched on Feb. 3, offers over 265,000 titles of pre-recorded
music on CD, video and DVD. The site also provides selected entertainment
news, music reviews and is cross-linked to MediaX’s network of celebrity sites
such as rodstewartlive.com, divinemusik.com and others.
