Boston-based Miller/Shandwick Technologies is launching its next generation
interactive Web site as part
of its new “Defining the Future of Technology” marketing initiative.
“Miller/Shandwick was the first high-tech agency on the Web, and now with the
launch of our new site, we’re demonstrating to worldwide clients and
prospective partners how critical the Internet is to establishing and
managing their global reputations,” said Tony Sapienza, executive vice
president and managing director, Miller/Shandwick Technologies.
The new site is designed to be an engaging, interactive communications
platform for agency operations, client service, employees and the worldwide
media, the company said, adding that the site is expected to contribute
significantly to 1998 revenues and also serve as a “virtual human resource
center” to help Miller/Shandwick attract and keep the best technology public
relations professionals worldwide.
The site contains an interactive office locator that helps users find the
location of and contact information for 126 Miller/Shandwick and Shandwick
International offices in 42 markets around the world. The site also features
full descriptions of Miller’s interactive and net relations services, a core
growth area of the agency’s business.
Miller/Shandwick’s Web site is the first marketing vehicle for the “Defining
the Future of Technology” campaign, which will be carried through a variety
of ongoing marketing activities, including print advertising, interactive
marketing and direct mail.
Miller/Shandwick Technologies is part of Shandwick International, a large
independent public relations consultancy.
