Millionaire.com Wins $8 million Advertising Contract

Millionaire.com in Hilton Head, SC said it has signed a three-year, $8 million
advertising agreement with SGD International Corp.

Under the agreement SGD International bought space from Millionaire magazine
and the Millionaire.com Web site, which will be
subsequently utilized by SGD’s U.S. and international clients.

“I feel ‘Millionaire’ will create significant business for our client base,” said Jerry Galuten, president of SGD. “We have contracts with over 1,800 companies in the U.S. and abroad, and feel a good number of them are ideal for this publication. Millionaire simply gives us the best access to the
demographics that are most desirable to these multi-national companies.”

“This sale represents a major step in the evolution of Millionaire.com,” said Robert L. White, CEO of Millionaire. “It is a validation that our marketing
strategy is truly on
target, to assist us in profitably becoming the preeminent media source for
‘the very best the world has to offer.'” Millionaire.com is a high-end e-
commerce and auction Web site that is expected to be active about Jan. 15,
1999.

SGD International, established more than 26 years ago is an international
trading company working with some of the world’s most prestigious companies,
including Olivetti, British Motorcars, Turner Group, Time Warner, Oxford
University Press and others.

Millionaire.com said its strategy combines four approaches: offering
products/services and other revenue-generating opportunities its Internet
site, through Millionaire magazine, through a retail and auction gallery, and through regional and niche
auction galleries that will utilize the company’s diverse media outlets as a
clearing house.
