ISP Mindspring Enterprises signed a sponsorship agreement with SFX
Entertainment Inc. for the 1999 concert season extending to 10 major SFX
venue markets.

As part of the agreement MindSpring will be the official ISP
for these venues and will have backlit signage at each of these (unspecified)
locations. It also will have program advertisements and display a banner on
the soon-to-launch SFX Web site. Spending was not disclosed.

MindSpring’s promotional campaign also will include distribution of marketing
materials and subscription software at the concert venues.

“. . .The
demographics of the audiences which we are able to provide MindSpring are
very attractive to a company which seeks to reach a youthful and
forward-thinking set of consumers,” said Mike Ferrel, chief executive officer of SFX Entertainment.

SFX has 82 venues including 16 amphitheaters in all of the top 10 markets and
owns or operates venues in 31 of the top 50 markets overall. SFX also
develops and manages touring Broadway shows.
