Norwalk, CT-based mPhase Technologies Inc., a provider of
high-speed Internet access and digital video delivery, named Syracuse,
NY-based First Media Group as its agency of
record.

“First Media Group is working simultaneously on a two-pronged plan for
mPhase: a long term corporate identity and advertising strategy plan, and an
immediate marketing plan for the SuperComm ’99 event in Atlanta on June 8-10,” said Sue Cifelli, mPhase’s executive vice president of marketing and sales.

In addition, mPhase opened a toll-free customer care phone number:
1-877-MPHASETV.

FMG has already developed a corporate identity package and is in the process
of redeveloping the company’s two Web sites: mPhaseTech.com and mPhaseTV.net. In addition to collateral
materials and direct mail programs, FMG is also producing interactive
multimedia presentations for both the company’s customers and investors. The
other major area of the agency’s involvement is in the formulation and
implementation of mPhase’s media programs. Billings were not disclosed.
