NetGravity Inc. said that Eric Spivey
was named chairman of the company, replacing company founder John Danner, who
resigned.

In early 1999, Danner stepped down as CEO and president but continued in his
role of chairman.

Spivey, NetGravity’s CEO and president, joined NetGravity earlier this year.
He has more than 14 years of experience building and growing domestic and
international businesses.

“My days at NetGravity have been invaluable, but it is time for me to move on
and pursue other endeavors,” said Danner, who founded NetGravity in September
1995.

NetGravity is being acquired by DoubleClick Inc. in a stock deal valued
at $530 million.
