Network services company Digital Island Inc. said that NetGravity Inc. has begun using Digital
Island to serve its customers’ ads in Europe and Asia.
Ad banner distribution in Europe and Asia based on Digital Island’s network
represents more than 20 percent of all of NetGravity’s AdCenter traffic
worldwide.
The Digital Island Intelligent Network helps NetGravity ads appear
as though they reside locally.
NetGravity is distributing its entire international AdCenter infrastructure
from Digital Island’s hardened data centers in Honolulu and London.
Financial
arrangements were not disclosed.
Digital Island has regional data centers in New York, Santa Clara, CA,
Honolulu, London and Hong Kong, connecting directly into 19 countries.
