Network Holdings International Launches National Campaign

Network Holdings International, Inc. launched a
nationwide television advertising campaign in support of its subsidiary
companies, TravelMax International and Links Direct Inc.

The advertising campaign, beginning today, will be carried out exclusively
over the PaxNet Cable Network. TravelMax International is the largest
subsidiary of Network Holdings International Inc. It. provides travel and
travel-related products and services through its Internet Web site, direct
sales programs and its network marketing organization.

Travelmax offers its agents the ability to operate their own home-based travel
business and earn travel commissions and benefits as representatives of the
company. The agents’ customers can book their travel over the Internet or
directly, by telephone with the company. Representatives simply refer
customers to the company and the company pays representatives up to 40 percent of the
base commission paid to Travelmax by travel service providers.

The television campaign is designed to increase awareness of TravelMax’s
Internet-based business and the home-based business opportunity for its
representatives. Spending was not disclosed.

Links Direct specializes in golf
apparel, equipment and accessories. Links markets its products through its
Internet mall site, direct sales, print and online catalogs and nearly 4,000
Links Direct representatives throughout the U.S. Links Direct also offers its
tee time program, allowing golfers to book their tee times at preferred golf
courses directly over the Internet.

“Our plan is to run this advertising throughout the first quarter in
order to take advantage of a strong sales season and to give us a strong
foundation to build upon throughout the year,” said James C. Healy, executive vice president of Network Holdings International.
