NewStar Publishing and Internet Services, a division of diversified
entertainment company NewStar Media Inc., selected InterActive Agency Inc. (iAgency) for PR
and online promotion of its AudioUniverse.com Web site.

iAgency will deploy both an online and off-line public
relations campaign for AudioUniverse.com, which markets audiobooks and other
spoken word intellectual property. Billings were not disclosed.

iAgency also will implement an affiliate marketing program for
AudioUniverse.com and will establish relationships with other online
retailers to participate in its Listener’s Advantage Program.

“The integrated campaign we have devised
for AudioUniverse.com combines the best of our online and off-line
methodologies for increasing visibility, Web traffic and sales,” said iAgency President Tony Winders.

“We selected iAgency for its strong understanding of the online entertainment
marketplace and its experience in providing strategic and tactical support
for other successful e-commerce ventures,” said Peter H. Engel, president of
NewStar Publishing and Internet Services.

AudioUniverse.com offers more than 1,000 sound samples and approximately
15,000 audiobook titles. NewStar is engaged in the publication and
distribution of audio and printed books and the production and distribution
of television programming.
