Omnicom Upgrades Its Corporate Site

Omnicom Group Inc. launched a new Web site designed to provide visitors with
more comprehensive strategic and financial information about the company.

The new Web site address, www.omnicomgroup.com, replaces the
company’s previous site, www.omnicomny.com.

Designed by Razorfish, a unit of Omnicom’s
Communicade division, the new site includes an overview of Omnicom Group’s
structure, management and strategic focus. A more detailed investor relations
section includes continuously updated stock quotes and a fact sheet that can
be downloaded and used as an investor reference tool.

The site offers summary descriptions of (and, where available, links to)
Omnicom Group’s global advertising agency networks, national advertising
agencies, marketing service companies, media-buying service Optimum Media
Direction (OMD) and the Communicade interactive companies.

Omnicom Group brands include BBDO Worldwide, DDB Worldwide and TBWA
Worldwide. Omnicom Group also includes Diversified Agency Services (DAS),
which operates branded independent agencies in public relations, specialty
advertising and direct response and promotional marketing; Optimum Media
Direction; Goodby Silverstein & Partners; and Communicade, which manages
significant minority investments in leading Internet and digital media
development companies.
