Four new online brands signed with interactive network Phase2Media for sales representation,
bringing the number of marketing partnerships to more than 30 for the firm
that launched only last April.

The companies and brands partnering with Phase2Media include AmericanGreetings.com; the Wire: News from the Associated Press; Maxim magazine; and the National Lampoon’s
soon-to-be launched The Humor Network, which for now
has a very cool animated under construction site complete with sound.

The Maxim magazine signing follows Phase2Media’s announcement last month that
it serves as the exclusive advertising representative for ELLE.com, the portal site that provides access
to all of the Web sites for the international editions of ELLE magazine.

“We believe in the power of these brands and they trust in our ability to
develop and sell compelling sponsorship packages to major advertisers,” said
Richy Glassberg, chairman and CEO of Phase2Media.
